All website design, branding, underlying software, and services offered on 10HourLoop.com are the intellectual property of 10HourLoop.com or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

• We offer a Free Plan with limited features.
• Upgraded features are available through our Premium Plan ($4.99/month) or Annual Plan ($29.94/year).
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard.

• You may use the looped files you create for personal or commercial purposes (e.g., YouTube, streams, videos, meditation, etc.).
• However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the files you upload do not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.
• 10HourLoop.com is not responsible for any misuse of the output by users.

All monthly and annual purchases are non-refundable. However, if you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, you can contact us at support@10hourloop.com within 24 hours of your purchase to explain your situation.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page at https://10hourloop.com/dashboard by clicking "Cancel Subscription". Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for future periods.

Refunds are only issued in cases where there is a clear technical fault or error in the service provided (e.g., your file could not be processed due to a system error).

We reserve the right to review and approve all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
